Benefits of Reiki

Reiki Spiritual Healing helps to restore you if you have become ill. The healing energy flows into your body and promotes balance. This in turn creates good health. Most people feel immensensely relaxed and peaceful. This allows your body time to heal on all levels: mental, emotional and physical. You can begin to shape your future!

What happens in a session?

The session lasts about an hour. The client lies fully clothed on a couch. Oils and music in the background bring an immediate sense of peaceful energy. I place my hands above you, or gently on you if that's OK with you. My aim is to channel from the Universal Life Force. I work down your centres of subtle energy, the chakras, reaching every organ and system of the body. Because I am also a trained counsellor, we can work safely with any issue that may need to be addressed.

Professional Standards

I am a Reiki Master: spiritual healing is for me a way of living. I have supervision from my own Master. I am fully insured and a member of the Reiki Association. I am also a highly qualified and experienced counsellor, working within the ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
